The Democrat party is increasingly undemocratic. Merrick Garland stood in front of a black church congregation in Selma, Alabama and attempted to rally them by ensuring that he would facilitate all manner of election fraud possible, proliferation of drop boxes, ensuring mail-in ballots are available and litigating any red-state actions toward securing elections. He as much as admitted that the millions of illegals they’re letting in will allow for the district maps to be redrawn to favor minorities. That the massive influx of low-wage workers and the government provision of all their needs are direct attacks against minorities was probably lost on his audience. Your Republican House passed the legislation to ensure the outcome that illegals could be counted in the census and therefore dilute the votes of American citizens. If you are not here legally, you should not be counted in the census for this reason alone.
On the other hand, the injunction placed on the Texas law that allows Texas state police to arrest and deport illegals was lifted by the appeals court. While I’m no fan of any politician, Ken Paxton, the Texas State Attorney General, makes that statement hard to maintain. He has just recently obtained a ruling that the 1.7 trillion dollar spending bill passed by Nancy Pelosi was done unconstitutionally, because there was not a quorum of 50% of elected representatives in the House during the vote. I don’t know how one unspends money, but all of those funds should be clawed back from wherever it went, especially if it went to the UN, who is funding this invasion of the southern border with our tax dollars.
The other thing he has done is he has raided the Annunciation House on the charges of “alien harboring, human smuggling and operating a stash house.” He likewise did the same to two other “charities” allegedly engaged in such illegal activities. It is the NGOs that have driven the illegal immigration (you do have to dig in and decipher Wokese in order to extrapolate that from the linked document) invasion on the southern border with funds from the UN and private donors like the Open Society, whose stated opinion is that the Global South contains the most impoverished and the Global North has an obligation to relieve their suffering through migration. In other words, they have a right to come north and claim the wealth that they have somehow been cheated out of by where they live. Not ultimately bettering themselves, but, as a consequence, impoverishing the Global North.
It is illegal for a charity, of any sort, to harbor, induce or incentivize illegal activity, including illegal immigration, but they have been doing so consistently in coordination with the the Department of Homeland Security, the Border Patrol and the Biden Administration. When you understand that this is all tied to the idea of redrawing the congressional district maps and ultimately giving these illegals voting rights, the whole scheme comes into focus.
There have been some wins politically, such as the 9-0 Supreme Court decision on the inability of states to arbitrarily remove someone from the federal ballot by claiming that they engaged in an insurrection. A charge, I might add, that could and should have been made against the Squad, largely Rashida Tlaib, during the recent invasion of the House of Representatives by Palestinian protesters. But, to be honest, I don’t think those charges have merit, but especially where the January 6th defendants are concerned.
Where insurrection was engaged in, was the whole efforts of the FBI to influence the 2020 election by refusing to release the contents of Hunter’s laptop, along with a conveniently fraudulent letter from US intelligence officers that Hunter’s laptop was a hoax, influencing the election for Joe Biden. That was an insurrection and effectively a coup against the United States. Unfortunately, they succeeded in overthrowing a legitimate government as members of the Administrative State, who are now effectively engaging in anti-American activities and illegal activities to throw another election.
But that’s what happens when one government or administration is overthrown. That these traitors cling to the narrowest of patriotic principles is simply a slap-in-the-face, a wake-up call to true patriots. You know the sort, the kind who believe in the Constitution, that only American citizens should be allowed to vote and the security and safety of those elections. Democracy itself is the target of the Administrative State, because that is a different government than a democracy or a republic. It is, as I stated in an earlier piece, a bureaucratic dictatorship, one that has been displacing the very idea of democracy or a republic since 1913.
This is how it is, this is the state of our nation and we can elect whoever we want, but if they are negated at every turn by the Administrative State, we are no longer operating under any rules at all, but mere subjects of this bureaucratic dictatorship. Unfortunately, that sort of government always runs aground, only this time, we’re on the ship. My position on voting remains the same, vote local, but also for anyone who is willing to take on this behemoth. Not because it will have the effect that you want, but because it’s a stab in the side of Goliath.
My political perspective, at this point, is find whatever it is they want to use to imprison you or maintain your status in prison and do whatever you can to deny them. They tried to have Trump removed from the ballot, tried to have him imprisoned before the election. They have dedicated themselves to facilitating cheating in the election. Now, one might say that that is the reason not to vote, because they will steal it. What are they trying to do? Keep you from voting for who you want to. If the answer to that assault is to agree with them and do as they want, I don’t see that as fighting anything. I see that as surrender.
We all know the true fight happens when they try to delay the election, or they wind up losing the election, despite all of their efforts. If they lose, they have promised to settle it in the House of Representatives, refusing to certify the election. The very same thing they called an insurrection. The very mention of it should bring those charges. In fact, were I to offer counsel to anyone running for office, I would have them say to their opponent that “Your party has promised to engage in insurrection if Trump wins, that, by your own definition, is insurrection. It is a threat to democracy and so are you.”
The election is only one battle in a greater war, though. Ken Paxton is waging the other battle, the legal battle that could ultimately pave the way for a breakup of the nation into smaller pieces. If you truly believe that this nation can be saved as a whole, I’m with you, but you’re losing the ability to convince me with every action of the Administrative State. Every gun has been leveled at Texas simply for exerting the right to survive the invasion. That’s a vision of the future. The United States no longer effectively exists anyway, not as a democracy and not as a republic. Why should we not all seek a situation that returns our natural rights? It can’t be done under this regime, not matter how many battles are won.

I Concur. Just stating the Facts of the matter. While perhaps not as evident to some it's nevertheless the Actuality.
Sure makes 2016 seem quaint by comparison. All the best CYA.
I'd say I agree entirely, with the proviso that we can remain a constitutional republic, just under the Constitution of 1777 - with the Anti-Federalist Bill of Rights of 1788 - and discard the purported Constitution of 1787, which constituted the original insurrection and overthrow of lawful government by means of an illegal sub rosa scheme carried out by Federalist conspirators...
