The official surrender of the Republican party came about when the majority of citizens demanded that the southern border be closed, or at least, restricted instead of the wide-open 24/7 ushering in of illegal aliens that it is today. They were willing to let the government shut down to achieve that one single goal. Instead, the people, the citizens, the ones on the hook for all of the costs of illegal immigration, their housing, food and clothing, were told that they didn’t understand the issue and that funding for Ukraine was vastly more important anything they had to say.
It was effectively the end of party politics. Now, the conservative half of the population is left to recognize that for all the propaganda of a two-party system, the value of democracy and the importance of “conservative values” they are left adrift without serious representation, but still on the hook for the bills. They have no voice, no matter how hard they vote, because there’s no one to take up their cause. It will always be some moderated form of communism until the communists can make that last final thrust through the heart of patriotic Americans.
Those final thrusts are the trials of Donald Trump. Within those legal contortions are the dying vibrations of the liberty bell. The statement being made by the DOJ, though most of the trials are state trials, is that MAGA and it’s supporters, must die. The voice of the people must be ripped from their throats. Trump is just an effigy for the people in general, the masses. They are using him to demonstrate that no matter how much political clout one has, how many tens of millions stand behind him, no matter how much money, the system will silence any voice of opposition. They do it all day long to the people themselves, but that doesn’t have the resonance of an image, a single person with vast popularity to stand as their symbol. One final blow to the heart and all of the swaggering patriots will be silenced, beaten, subdued. Or so they imagine.
On one hand, it doesn’t matter, because everything the communists do will fail. They can’t run an economy, they can’t run a military, they can’t run a society, they can’t run industry. The health care system will simply be a means of culling out conservative thought, putting those who still cling to that ideology in mental hospitals or the grave. Everything the communists touch they turn to the adverse purpose, so it’s only a matter of time before they turn America into a Weimar republic, a disheveled and dysfunctional Soviet Union. And, it won’t be long, there’s nothing left in the treasury to raid, it’s all debt and we can’t sell that to anyone but the fed anyway, so collapse is on the horizon.
After the election all of the subsidies for the illegals will end, no matter how it turns out. The resulting civil unrest will, they hope, produce enough chaos to secure gun confiscation that they’ve dreamed of for decades. Rigging elections will just be the way elections are run, to save democracy, to put all of those nasty thoughts of individual rights that complicate federal action to rest once and for all.
On the other hand, we are Americans. We are not tied to the corrupt system we see before us. We have the right and duty to respond to the admonitions of our forefathers to throw off tyranny and oppression. We certainly have the ability once we recognize our government as our oppressors and stop expecting justice, except that which we mete out ourselves. The communists are doing the PR job for us, showing us that we will never receive justice as long as we remain obedient to the dictates of Washington, D.C. They demonstrate to us daily that it cannot be rectified, that there is no longer a mechanism by which it can be fixed. Speaker Mike Johnson made that perfectly clear last week.
The vast majority of the American people only wanted one thing: to close the border.
So, now it’s a fight and a lot of people will see that fight in the machinations of a presidential election. They will think that if they elect Donald Trump, that it will be a victory, but if they only knew how dedicated the current regime was to debilitating him even if he manages to win, they would understand.
Donald Trump will never be able to fulfill the duties of the president. They largely kept him from him it in his first term and they’re doing everything they can to hamstring him this time. There are examples, such as preventing him from being able to adjust sanctions against Russia, putting that on a five-year plan instead of one or two. They silently inserted the REPO Act into the Ukraine aid bill that will allow them to take frozen Russian assets and use that money to further fund Ukraine. This is particularly dastardly, because Putin’s response will be to sue the international exchange, forcing the U.S. to bail it out to save the international banking system. When the people see that it’s all about getting it from U.S. tax dollars they will see why the convoluted financial picture appeals to them. Still, just doing so will wreck the dollar. The dollar itself only has value based on our ability to pay taxes, our market and overall economy, it’s the belief that the dollar, like gold or silver, will always hold some value, but the REPO Act, brings our credibility into question and dilutes the desire for Treasury bonds. When the international community no longer sees our currency as a safe store of value, it has nothing to support it and the dollar will become nothing more than paper with pretty images on it.
To engage in the real fight, not the illusion of a presidential election, one must start reaching out to red states and demand that they finally recognize that Washington D.C. is a disease, a zombie apocalypse infecting the healthy states with the communist virus. Not many states will initially see that their future doesn’t have to be tied to a reckless and increasingly abusive institution. The states built the federal institution and must take part in its dismantling. That was the real gift given to us by our forefathers, the states as sovereigns.
I don’t hold much hope for this strategy. I prefer a direct assault, but I think they wreck it all and the states will come to this conclusion, not out of politics, but out of survival. It’s already starting in odd, unconventional ways, though few understand it as such. When Texas has to take its own border over to slow the flow of illegals; when states recognize that preventing men from participating in women’s sports is their responsibility and can’t be left to federal regulations; when states start rebelling against destroying their own power supply to abide by stupid “green energy” initiatives, it is a rebellion. The only thing the states need to do is recognize that they have the right and obligation to evict federal agencies from their states. Like everything else, you get enough to go along and the question is answered before a shot is fired. It doesn’t have to be a hot civil war, but the states have to head that off by being proactive.

For once a man speaking common sense phrases about the obvious. Blatant corruption, deceit and treachery by those supposedly representing our interests who laugh at us as they've sold their souls and think of us as "rubes." I can't wait until their knock on heaven's door goes unanswered as American Citizen's wishes have gone unanswered.
You can defend against enemies on the outside, but when the enemy is inside your camp... you are quickly defeated.
I actually changed parties to Democrat at one time about 15 years ago. I went to Democrat meetings in St. George, Utah. That worked until the Democratic leadership asked me to leave, as I was convincing some of the Democrats at their meetings to abandon their gun control stance, with common sense arguments.
Bringing this up to my Republican friends at a party one night they booed me and called me a traitor. I laughed at them and pointed out it was more useful to talk some sense into Democrats rather than blindly support a party of Mitch McConnells’ pretending to be "Republicans" and "Patriots" as they betray Americans.
They quickly stopped their laughing. It's obvious, as T.L. Davis presents it here and says it in words. But it's like shitting your pants in church when the atmosphere is "fouled" by the obvious words we all think.
I am Independent now. Whatever good that does.

Here is the trend about (expletive of your choice inserted here)Politicians:
1. They all start their careers with noble intentions of servinge the people
2. Once they win office, they join the party club (I refer here to a great scene from Three Billboards Near Ebbing Missouri). Now they're part of the GANG Man! Just like the Father who looked the other way!
3. Now they're part of the gang, they forget their constituents because the party leaders make them vote for the good of the party (D or R), so they forget who they serve!
4. After a couple terms, they're given some leadership, and the lobbyists start "PAYING" attention. Now you know why (insert your favorite expletive here) politicians become so wealthy.
5. Soon, all they care about is staying in power: Read "The Prince."
When they all engage is said activities, we lose. But for them to stay in power, they'll let us eat cake, but not much more!
And that my friends is how the nation dies!
