It is beyond our changing or control, T.L. The RNC finds these people and promotes them. We vote for them. It’s a continuous big lie. Most of us know it. Yet you articulate our maze of thought. And your written words are graphically accurate.
It’s too late. Circle the wagons. Better yet..Accumulate together with like minded. Think Amish. But it’s too late for that. Circle the wagons. It’s coming for you.
All true and very poignant Mr. Davis. I would encourage everyone reading this essay and the following comments to go to this link and watch the entire video. It is very engaging, effective, informative, and simple about why government fails. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxmXeLEcs9s
Great video / lesson. The logical next step beyond that lesson is showing how the self-interested government employees then organize into labor unions (SIEU, SES, etc.) to erect further barriers to their own superiors from terminating them for bad performance.
Thus, not only are the employees (bureaucrats) focused on their own self-interest, they go to great length to immunize themselves against performance accountability. Politicians figured out that the easiest way to insure against their defeat at the polls is to purchase re-election via fraudulent election apparatus through which they can program their own victories.
The way I see it is that we no longer have a government. What we are being impacted with is a criminal cabal who have discovered to our detriment that they no longer even have to pretend to care about what we, the citizen, thinks, wants, or even demands from them. They have become an entity of their own and we simply do not matter and can now mostly just be ignored. Its filtered down into state governments and many country/municipal governments as well. They take whatever they want in their never ending quest for more power for themselves and control over others and if its not enough they are coming to take what we, the citizen, have as well. I mean, after all... they can't allow us to become too uppity, can they? Once in a while they just have to show us who it boss! If anyone is delusional enough to still put credence in such a thing and the Constitution, Bill of Rights, individual freedom/liberty, the rule of law, morals, good intentions, or the goodness of Man, then you are severely handicapped and don't understand the reality we are in or traveling towards. We don't drive this bus as it careens along. We are the unwitting passengers apparently ignorant of the destination by far too many along for the ride. About the only alternative we have now is to get off the bus when an opportunity presents itself and find that seam to hunker down in and try to survive in the mean time. There is always a seam... one where you can keep your head down yet toss a wrench into the machinery once in a while. No value in stressing too much over it and getting all discombobulated. That solves nothing. It doesn't take much to be a lot smarter than the opposition.

Professor Antony Davies on why government fails.
Thanks again Mr. Davis.
You're welcome.
Great link and quite perfectly explains why we have the sort of system we do.
I encourage everyone to watch it.

Excellent point.
Outstanding!
