Treason as Policy

I’m going to take a little time to go through this. Please don’t get hung up on the Constitutional questions, I’m not relying on them for anything except a true understanding of the magnitude of the issues at hand.

The open border is treason. Not simply because failure to secure the border and properly vet entrants is a violation of Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 “To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization.” The key is “uniform” and while the Congress has done it’s duty to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, the Biden Administration and the Obama Administration before it, chose to ignore the law. This has been done before without being treason, but when the whole of immigration policy is designed around politics, it is. This is a violation of the separation of powers and is unconstitutional. It is not within the jurisdiction of the president to violate or willfully neglect the execution of laws passed by congress. Specifically, the oath of office requires him to “faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and to the best of (his) Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” That is not done when the Constitution is disregarded, where the method and process of passing laws is negated by Executive Order or contempt. Now, one might argue the best of Joe Biden’s ability is severely lacking, but there are remedies if he is unable to fulfill the duties of the president. Instead he is disregarding and allowing those under his direction to willfully disregard laws for naturalization duly passed by the Congress. Also, in Article II, Section 3, “he (the President) shall take Care that the laws be faithfully executed.” This doesn’t mean sort of randomly executed, if and when he gets around to it, if ever. Also, in Article II, Section 4, it states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers (Mayorkas, Garland, etc.) shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” So, there is an act and there is a remedy.

Because the rules of Naturalization require legal admittance as the first step, there cannot be a uniform rule where some people obey the laws and are forced to undergo a different process from those who do not. I understand that these activities are taking place in the margins of the laws, that naturalization does not have to be “uniform” if the people entering illegally do not seek naturalization. But it does not change the laws concerning the border. That must be done by the Congress and is outside the authority of the President to willfully ignore the laws in place concerning the border or what is to be done when encountering an illegal alien. Policy does not give him authority and the willfulness of it shows a contempt for the laws of the United States an arguable crime of treason in itself, but certainly a violation of the oath.

The open border is also treason for another reason, though it stems from his utter contempt for the Constitution. When it comes to Executive Orders, that affects only those in the federal government bureaucracy, not states and where the states have also been in violation of the laws and constitutional authority, the executives of those states are also guilty of treason. I know that courts have been unwilling to address the issues of immigration for a long time, preferring for the legislatures to handle it, but where they do and then the executive of the state or United States, it should be dealt with by them.

Article IV, Section 4 states: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.” This is not generally the duty of the governor, but the legislature. Each legislature of the states facing the stream of border crossers have the primary duty to apply for defense against this invasion. That they have not is also treason due to the nature of the invaders and their intent to commit crimes evident from their illegal entry. Their only legal, righteous concern should be for their legal citizens, not those of every country on the planet, or the U.S. President. Time after time after time, illegal aliens have murdered, raped, robbed and abused American citizens, some are here to act in a military capacity all of which may already have committed acts of war.

It has been stated many times, that there are Chinese members of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) entering via the borders, though most through the southern border. While we are not at war with China or Russia specifically, they are hostile nations, both having threatened pending military action against the United States. At any time citizens of these nations, without being FULLY vetted under the laws of entry of the United States, could be and likely are enemy combatants with instructions on particular aspects of the United States infrastructure to strike and how to strike it. Allowing for an invasion of and direct attack by hostile nations are a consequence of the inattention to the laws concerning legal entry allowing for an invasion resulting in domestic violence. Had these individuals been properly vetted, tracked and monitored as being from hostile nations, we might already know that there has been domestic violence committed against the United States by them. That an act or acts of war have already taken place. But it is not convenient to expose the President for his treason and refusal to obey his oath of office, so they say we must suffer these attacks to protect Joe Biden’s policy of treason.

Criminal cartels, who facilitate the illegal entry of these hostile forces into the United States; who traffic in children for sexual purposes; who traffic in drugs, particularly fentanyl that routinely kills somewhere near 100,000 Americans every year (three times that of Covid), they serve as hostile forces as much as any organized combatants, worse than uniformed armies, because of their stealth. Their criminal activity on the Mexican side of the southern border is widespread and serves only to weaken and overwhelm officers charged with preventing their activities on the American side of the southern border.

This could not be done without the willful disregard for the laws of the United States of America by the President and those under his immediate direction, making their actions in violation of a republican form of government, on in which the entirety of the Executive Branch has been turned on it’s own citizens.

Another means of the violation of the oath is allowing diseases to be spread from the Executive’s lack of adherence to the Constitution and the laws passed by the Congress and signed into law by the Executive that are designed to prevent the spread of disease by strict vetting and refusal to admit those who are infected with disease at the border, but the border was not even closed during a time of pandemic, which is a reckless disregard for the health and welfare of the people of this nation. It is a form of biological attack the likes of which we have a president who is sworn defend against such threats. Again, that only works when they honor their oath. They are the result of policies of the president who has directed his Secretaries to adhere to when fulfilling their duties. In other words: systematic treason.

While evidence and testimony have shown that Joe Biden has committed many other crimes both while VP and as President, I’m not interested here in any of it, though they do qualify as high crimes and misdemeanors. I’m only interested in what constitutes a violation of our sovereignty and direct and immediate threats to the people of the United States of America.

The reason for that is, we are in dire need of a president who is interested in defending the people from all threats foreign and domestic, not someone invested (literally ) in its demise. Treason is when you have been allowed to exercise the authority of the President of the United States and have worked with and facilitated those who have and will continue to use the awesome power of this nation to harm, violate and murder its citizens.

I put all of the legal aspects into this post up front so it would be obvious that when I say Joe Biden has committed treason, it isn’t just some kneejerk response to everything he does. Although, almost everything he does is treasonous.

Joe Biden has directed his administration to pursue goals and aims that harm the American people. One of the most heinous and illegal actions he has taken is to turn the law enforcement apparatus against political opponents.

The intimidation of parents at school board meetings and in Catholic churches is another form of domestic terrorism, using the state and federal police agencies as threats to security and peace to terrify citizens, to coerce them to adopt the same political opinions as the Democrat Party or suffer the consequences that likely will include jail, harassment or cancellation.

The point of this post is not to attack Joe Biden, it is to show that our system continues to function with this degree of lawlessness only because the opposition party, the Republican Party, has done nothing to stop it. They have held some hearings that revealed the level of corruption of the Biden Administration, the DOJ, the HHS and now the EPA, deciding for us what we will use to cook our food or use as alternative power sources.

This is all a level of intrusion that cannot be tolerated. Think of all the people who have gone along with it to make it happen. Thousands and thousands of our fellow Americans have acquiesced to it, accommodated this level of intrusion.

I’m afraid this system cannot be fixed, not nearly in time to address the other critical issues of our time like the real and present dangers of World War III, the economic collapse brought on by policies of this suicidal government against cheap and abundant energy; the burgeoning health crisis also caused by forced vaccinations that denied other fully effective treatments for Covid 19, allowed citizens to make up their own minds on whether to take it or not and the rise of Artificial Intelligence that is as much a threat to humanity as nuclear weapons and more dangerous since they are in the hands of psychotic billionaires.

A nation so dedicated to self-destruction cannot be saved. Every Western and Scandinavian country is the same, corrupt, treasonous, invaded by ungrateful, conquistadors. We’ll all be swimming in useless dollars in a few years. We have to fix our nations and that comes from being strident nationalists, which means fighting the fascists who call themselves the government and sell us out. They are the existential threat.
