Waging War Against Their Own

With Democrats and RINOs determined to make fraudulent elections a feature of the republic, it’s time for Americans, true Americans, to push back hard. This is no longer a republic. The inaction on securing the vote has ensured that fact. This is not a democracy, either, for the same reason. They disdain the vote and both sides are desperate to remove the need for one, eliminating the people’s voice from the process. The government, in effect, encourages voting fraud by registering to vote those ineligible to vote through intentional acts. An “intentional act” can be perceived as failing to adequately vet the eligibility of the voter prior to registering them to vote. In all cases, any county, state, local or federal official who takes part in such acts is acting under color of law.

18 USC 242 states: “Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”

In this case, the DMV in Texas and other places were allowing illegals to register to vote when they obtained driver’s licenses, also illegal, without the appropriate documentation to do so. Many of these illegals, pushed into our states and cities by a rogue administration in Washington determined to allow them to vote to secure an election by illegal means, had abandoned their passports and other identifying documents to purposely enter the United States with an undetermined record of previous violations of law. An act for which, alone, should have denied admittance.

While 18 USC 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law is intended to ensure that illegals and those of minority races and colors (how they get to naming a color as a minority, I’m not sure) were able to secure to themselves all the legal defenses and suffering the same penalties of American citizens (not greater), this clause is pertinent: or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both;. This clause works in reverse, if they are extended different, i.e., more lenient or beneficial treatment, due to being an alien, or by reason of color or race, they are guilty of acting under color of law to deprive citizens (those facing tougher or more painful sentences, in this case a dilution of their vote) of rights, privileges or immunities secured or protected by the constitution or laws of the United States. This idea that virtue of race did not entitle one to greater benefits than those of ordinary citizens arises from Students For Fair Admissions, Inc v President and Fellows of Harvard College in which the Supreme Court ruled that race could not be used as a determination of admittance, though it did not rule out using race as one of many considerations for admittance. If illegals are allowed to vote without necessary documentation of citizenship that a citizen would have to produce in order to secure the same right, then whoever allows or coordinates to produce this effect is in violation of the law. This is why they want no ID or other substantiation of citizenship for all voters, but in many states establishment of citizenship is a requirement.

This instance was only produced to demonstrate, unequivocally, that the government and most all government agencies from top to bottom are guilty of violating some of the most fundamental laws on the books. They are allowing and providing more beneficial EBT, Social Security and housing allowances than any ordinary American citizen can obtain from the same bodies.

The utter lawlessness of the federal and state governments has already succeeded in overturning the constitutionally guaranteed right to a “republican form of government.” Now, one might point out that this has been obvious for a long time, but where has there been an effort to punish the government for violations of the law and intent of the constitution? That is the important lesson to be drawn from the obvious violations we see everyday. If they are not held accountable to their own laws, it is the duty of the citizens to hold that rogue government in contempt and seek to alter or abolish it.

These laws are all on the books and they have been used against the people in many cases, but the more one knows about them and how to use them effectively against the state, the bigger the case is being built against the outright criminality of what they’ve been doing and will continue to do.

This is beyond any 18th-Century definition of tyranny, exceeded by the level of surveillance currently used by the government to monitor the citizens. This is a government holding its citizens to be enemies, codified by the Patriot Act, and even having passed such a hostile act, it is not the fault of the people, but an egregious act of war against the people, their rights and their freedoms. The last time that happened, the American people rose up to displace the offending system and the same should be happening right now. I understand it will take some enormous break in tradition, much like the Pandemic, though more likely a combination of threats to the people intended to drive them into the arms of the criminal government. I doubt any would be fooled by a terrorist attack as a threat to the United States, in which the United States would have to bear at lease equal or greater culpability by importing and supporting those terrorists while they hatched their evil plans, if, indeed, agents of the United States Government were not directly involved in the act itself.

Rumors that Iran is targeting Donald Trump is likewise an excuse, a built in boogieman to excuse their unlawful and violent behavior toward the ruling regime’s greatest enemy. The only enemy greater than Trump, to the regime, is the American citizen; not as hyperbole, but as a clear statement of fact, one they will acknowledge openly if you listen and are able to translate their quite clumsy code-speech. If they succeed in making the Average American a villain, as they’re trying so desperately to do, they will not hesitate to kill us all. More likely, they will nod in satisfaction as the terrorists they imported themselves do their dirty work for them.

Robert Gore (Straight Line Logic) recently put out this post that I think is quite valuable. I’ve read both The Golden Pinnacle and The Gray Radiance and find them extremely well-written, relevant and thought-provoking. He is a master of research and bringing forth the reality of the situation. I can attest that this is a bad year for books, so if you’re going to put your money and time into something, feel assured that anything Robert Gore writes is worth your time and money.
