Bear with me a moment, it’s going to take some time to get to the point.
Like most of you, my tolerance for the politics of corruption has about run it’s course. Anything they might have been able to do wasn’t done and now they’re left with continuing to pursue what they can no longer accomplish.
So, I’ve been working today on a 1985 Ford 6.9 liter diesel pickup, improving my auto mechanic skills. I started working on cars and trucks when I was a teenager, because, if you’ve read Rebel, it’s part of sustainability, of barterable abilities; the economics of survival. That limited knowledge helped enormously when I joined the Air Force and started working on jets and now, having worked on, maintained, fixed and built drilling rigs of all sizes, that mechanical ability of long ago will likely be the last true value I have in a society wrecked by psychopaths.
The only source of value is labor. Everything flows from the person who first puts a shovel to the ground, a plant in the soil, a collection of bandages, herbs and tonics on their shelves. Everything else, the salesmen, distributors and accountants all feed off of what can be built, designed, crafted and constructed by making it bigger, more valuable, more available, but the very root of every dollar is in the initial act of creation.
The society we grew up in was glorious, but it was a moment of fantastic dreams coming true sandwiched between the great depression and Ruby Ridge. Why Ruby Ridge and not 9/11? Because Ruby Ridge taught those of us who grew up in American greatness that it was no longer great, that the evil governments were capable of in the rest of the world had found purchase in our beaches. It was the red flag waving in the distance that everyone could see. The Weavers were an excuse to breathe in that corrupt air of superiority and self-righteousness that no communist is capable of resisting.
My value as a human being is not in what I write, produce or the worlds I concoct in my head to share with readers, it’s in my hands, what they can build, fix or contrive that will have value to others who survive the apocalypse of insanity that is the United States of America. That is my focus, getting better, learning more, developing abilities that will be needed.
I have pictures of my family during the depression, in a tar-paper shack, surviving from one hard-fought day to the next. My grandfather could work and knew that as long as he could work hard, he and his family would survive. I don’t know if that will be true this time around. They’re ingenious at killing us now, instead of trying to feed us, or providing opportunities for us to work our way out of the depression they’ve eagerly brought upon us. It’s all sort of a struggle to stay on top of their tactics that shift from medical care to starvation, imprisonment to outright murder.
As the days plod along, the end nears. Lies must use both hands to hold down the truth that continually struggles to be free. Eventually the truth springs up when the lies have no more limbs to employ and the great reset becomes a revolution. It’s interesting that given all the media exertions and name-calling hysterics, a Rasmussen poll shows that 60% of the population believes that cheating affected the 2020 and 2022 elections. One might smugly look away from Hunter’s laptop, knowing that convictions cannot be brought by a corrupt Department of Justice, but the truth leaks out and people see and the stories, though deftly and immediately refuted, continue in the minds of people who recognize the truth even if they are threatened against repeating it. It’s in their heads, resting, growing.
I don’t expect any big groundswell to engulf the liars and cheats until the economics suddenly shift the entire perception of the world. The impending world war, the inevitable economic collapse caused by the inflationary aspects of a vibrant oil industry decimated to little more than subsistence drilling and irrational Modern Monetary Theory crashes the dollar to literal nothingness. Even then, I doubt anyone will care much who the president is or what they said. All survival is necessarily local.
It’s easy to imagine a break up of the union. Some states, like Arkansas, have read the writing on the wall and have made the most sensible and rational moves to be one of the surviving states by making gold and silver specie for commercial transactions. This gives them a fighting chance, as a state, to avoid the economic disaster caused by a worthless dollar with no means other than barter to conduct commerce. More states should follow suit to enable the ultimate break up and realignment of states.
I don’t know what the world will look like when we wake up that morning to news that the banking system has suffered a world-wide collapse. That might lead to nuclear war, invasion, factional armies domestically, but it won’t really matter what they have to say in Washington, no one will be more irrelevant than the people who have, through greed, arrogance or sheer stupidity, brought this upon us.
This is not a goodbye or a retreat from these posts or thoughts as we go forward, but trust in the fact that my focus from here until that morning will be on existential economics and I’ll likely be writing more often on that subject.
My novels of freedom, and especially individuality, Rebel and Rogue about a young man, growing up trying to do the right thing. They’re available on Amazon and our website 12 Round Productions, where you can also find access to our red-pill film Lies of Omission.
TLD,
I just spotted your article. Read the piece immediately. You have a unique view
that I relate to even tho yours is a mans view and mine is from the emotional female
perspective. Congratulations to Arkansas for trying to make their state safer/easier for
for the people there. My mind is increasingly weary of hearing about the sadistic and cruel
plans the political class, MIC, Corporate Titans, and the medical care community clearly
sold out to participate in murder for financial gain. I am not being flighty about this opinion.
I have a solid knowlege of how care is provided by "following protcols" and those protocols
can be very off base/true standards of care out the window. Common sence and compassion
also dissapated. I easily confronted physicians with my concerns about their nonsensical
decisions (causing harm} and was laughingly told it was all about "revenue" building. That
attitude drove abuse and harm. I quit/I had to...who harms frail people (in particular) for
extra $? As many crimes as I identify, all with dire consequences, WWlll for example, mass
starvation for others, and other horrors...what worries me the most is the strong likelihood
we will expeience demon breakouts by lawless (encouraged and fostered) youth that have
been told whites have stolen their future (and past) and they are pushed to seek revenge,
chaos, theft, and increasing assault and murder of innocents. The initiators and supporters
of those encouaged crimes are just scum. I am aware there have been autrocities experienced
by multitudes of other cultures around the world at the hands of US po;icy. The crimes are
endless and we can all expound on what we know/more stories will emerge as people share.
At this point things are too far along for an orderly fair solution. I tremble to think of the
potential savagry we will see, and it will invole many more than the disadvantaged youth
mentioned earlier. The age old dilema of monarchs exploiting the peasants they own is
being played out once again. It will be horrible. I was born after WWll and have heard
many stories that chilled me to the bone. We were there living in rubble. I don't remember
much on my own. However, every adult thinker will have to contribute and cooperate within their
community to help others in any way they can. Personally I will do all I can to promote
health solutions and work to repair wounds and so on. Gratefully I don't fear wounds or
injuries and will seek cohorts to help or take direction from the more experienced. That is
all I have to offer, and I will do my best. A word to the people: Half our population is pre
or actively diabetic. Many can be brought back from it with diet changes alone. Study up
and work on that now please.
It has taken me a long while to come to the conclusion that the US of A has become the corrupt, despot nation it is now. Like you, T. L., I grew up in a different world that seemed pretty normal as a child and early adult. I was ignorant until the 2008 banking crisis that was a red-pill moment for me and a slow, gradual change in me where I realized the world would never be the same again. In those early days of discovery I thought, along with my wife, that if we got energized and involved with the political system we could affect change (can you say Tea Party?). Not so much...the journey from the march on Washington and the days, months, and years since have shown me that a corruption metastasized into a full-blown stage 4 cancer in every single department of government. It did not stop there as it spread into academia, medicine (an awakening to this during Covid) and every alphabet agency that does nothing more than the bidding of the deep state.
With all of this evil taking place now where good is seen as evil; and evil is seen as good, I have found strength in my Faith that our Creator told us this would all happen. We are living in those days foretold by the Good Book. How long it goes on before the Lord returns, IDK. Only He does. Until that time, I will continue to pray for strength to STAND. To stand for truth, righteousness, justice and to love, no matter the cost to me personally.
