Over the past few years the people of the United States have suffered the most egregious and sustained criminal actions committed against them by their own government officials in collaborations with private and public corporations. This is in absolute conflict with the rule of law and the constitution and it’s a violation of our rights to determine our own destiny. That these government officials and corporations have been successful in pointing the finger of blame at each of us when addressing others of us is just insult piled upon the injury they’ve committed.
While it matters on an intellectual level if these crimes have been committed against us by globalists, socialists, communists, fascists, crony-capitalists, on and on, the fact that it has been done, that these crimes have been committed against the people of the United States, is the only truly relevant point. We are all victims of this evil and until we decide to stop being victims, we will continue to be victimized, because an abuser doesn’t stop being an abuser, they just get more abusive until they are stopped.
The only relevant part of the constitution, at this point, is the Bill of Rights. These are individual rights and it’s these rights that have been violated. The crimes are the millions of violations of these individual rights; First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, etc. It’s not that these rights are in the Bill of Rights that make them important, it’s that these rights describe freedom, because freedom cannot exist where these rights are violated. This is best defined in Nine Principles of Freedom, but for those who haven’t read it or refuse to read it, most of what follows is some variation of what’s in the book.
In order to be free, you must be able to speak your mind. That’s in school, in school board meetings, city council meetings, county commission meetings, State Assembly meetings, anything that has to do with government. Labeling something disinformation or misinformation does not eradicate the right to speak freely in government meetings, or to petition the government for a redress of some grievance. That’s why the First Amendment was written the way it was, not because by being some part of a constitution made it a law, but because it is an unalterable truth throughout the ages and in every circumstance. Where the government collaborates with corporations (social media, mainstream media or employers) to prevent one from speaking the truth as they know it, whether they are right or wrong about that truth, is the textbook definition of fascism. For those who don’t want to look it up, or have a kneejerk reaction to the term fascism, here it is: “a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.”
The communists/globalists, who hated Trump, tried desperately to force this definition on him, but they missed on all of the important parts. 1) he did not exalt any race over another or use race as a cause or reason for his actions; 2) he did not stand for a centralized, autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader and could not have if he had wanted to, because the House of Representatives and previous administration officials, including those in the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation had already hamstrung him from fulfilling the duties of the president by breaking laws, refusing to investigate crimes committed against him, his administration and the people of the United States. I ask you, who could possibly have enough power to debilitate a sitting president other than an unseen, unacknowledged dictator? One who had never actually given up power, who had already committed a bloodless coup against his successor? One who had the power to force his successor to operate under the most stringent of extralegal restrictions.; 3) severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
Number 3 is the crux of fascism, the way it maintains absolute control over the population. This did not take place until the last year of Trump’s administration and was not instituted by him, but by fascist government officials at the state, county and city levels. For his part, Trump erred by holding too strict of a view of the Tenth Amendment and did not put a stop to it when it violated the freedoms guaranteed and supported by many of the other constitutional rights of the people themselves.
The pandemic was the excuse to impose fascism and the continuing excuse to maintain it. Even while the panic that set in over the idea of some terribly contagious and debilitating virus that would wipe out more than half of the population of the earth began to ebb, the restrictions that served to implement fascism were maintained and some still are today, even though we know that all of the warnings, alarms and descriptions of Covid as a terrible virus were false, bolstered by government funds to falsely credit Covid with deaths that were not Covid for the purpose of increasing the death rate through misinformation and disinformation by the corporate allies of the fascist bureaucracies buried deep within the government at all levels, the fascism is maintained and the hidden dictator behind it all is likely Barack Obama.
The cloak of subterfuge is worn by Joe Biden, but no one of any rational contemplation believes that old Joe is running anything. There’s speculation about an unseen ruler or boss, one or more of Obama’s former Administration members, but if the Mirram-Webster definition is only stymied by the presence of a dictator, one would have to conclude that it is Barack Obama, whose DHS, DOJ and FBI continued to work for him in support of his coup, refusing to this day to seriously investigate any criminal actions of his administration, including Hunter’s laptop, or of the rigged election that allowed it all to take place and to re-install the previous president as a de facto dictator. But the absolute proof of this fascism is the unconstitutional declarations of political opposition as “domestic terrorists” by the same guilty parties at DHS and DOJ.
As far as exalting race as a means of fulfilling the definition, no one said it had to be a white race. Exalting any race is the standard by which a fascist government pursues power.
I would call it communism rather than fascism.
The Bill of Rights is irrelevant unless the Article 2 authorities uphold it, and the Article 1 authorities demand it. Currently, the Article 2 authority (Joe) is intent on ignoring the Constitution and his oath to support and defend it, and the Article 1 authorities (Nancy, et al) fully support the tyranny. We have an upcoming opportunity to correct the Congress, in November, and that's our best hope. We must all focus all our energies on fixing that. Then we must become even more focused on removing Joe and replacing him with someone with more integrity.
Failing that, our next best hope is Article 5, to correct whatever Constitutional deficiencies allowed us to get to this state. That requires concurrence by 34 states, which is unlikely in a sharply polarized country. So the likely outcome would be war.
We must win in November.
