This seems an opportune time to quote the sorely missed sage of the Sipsey Street Irregulars (note the date):

“This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.”

“But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”

A most quote-worthy individual.

So far, we seem willing to submit. Please sir, may I have another? The only action so far is the occasional rambunctious trucker and a few emotional web posters. We still have a chance to salvage things beginning in November. Hopefully everyone is working to defend that, while preparing for the possibility that will fail.

Dems used fear of the virus to keep everyone hunkered down so they could manipulate the 2020 election. This time, it looks like they're inciting violence driven by inflation and shortages to keep everyone hiding under their beds in November. It will probably work again, if we allow it. Fool me once...
