Are we better off with DJT than the WordSaladQueen? Undoubtedly. Is Trump's administration going to be a panacea? Oh hell no. The first catch is that he isn't in office yet, and it's been two assassination attempts SO FAR. It looks like nothing is off the table for the crazies in pursuit of destroying the heretic. Apparently, even war with Russia is OK. The character assassination of DJT and everyone connected to him will continue unabated, as will lawfare, obstruction, and sabotage. It has already continued for 9 years, why would they stop now?

What can we do as individuals? Not much outside our families, friends and communities.

Old Jarhead, We can resist the State at every opportunity. Confuse 'em. Ridicule 'em. Laugh at 'em. Don't do anything more than we have to with the State. No more volunteering for the State.

T.L. Davis is right. No one is coming to save us. We have to save ourselves. Truer words never spoken. In a way, the Deep State is happy that Trump won. Americans were giving up on the scam that is the Federal Government. As Russians gave up on the Soviet Union, Americans, especially those of European descent, felt that DC didn't give a damn about them. Trump winning keeps the government Deep State scams going for awhile longer. Whites now think the Feds will help them. They won't.

As for WWIII, there's this new development:

Both Russian and US nuclear submarines, missiles, and bombers are on the highest alert level.

Brilliant analysis as always. We have to save ourselves. Trump is our one shot to get it right-there will not be another one until we organize and get right with God. We are in a dangerous time-right before the inauguration. The Deep State sycophants will do ANYTHING to stay in power. That includes goading Russia into nuclear bombing us. I do not think the Russians want any part of nuclear war, yet they are constantly being backed into a corner. We have far more in common with Russians, than we have with the Chinese. My advice is keep preparing, keep an eye on the local yokels, and hopefully wait for the full bloom of prosperity.

Excellent portrayal of the Bureaucratic miasma we find ourselves in.

I don't know Elan Musk from Adam but I do hope he fires 80% of the

misfits. Why can't the D and R group fossils just retire already?

You're much more optimistic than I am TL, if you think we have a decade or so to straighten things out. I have little or no faith in our government system right now. Yes, Trump is a boost, at least to morale, but who comes after? And even Trump is fairly flabby when it comes to pushing an agenda through. We have several alien armies in the US already, the Chinese and the assorted invaders still piling in. At what point do they decide that they just want our houses, our apartments, our lives? Gangs of subhuman filth are taking over our cities, why isn't the Army in there shooting the bastards where they stand? Trump even allowed those scum during the fentanyl floyd riots to teat down cities and kill people. Hell, if I had been president, the Army and Marines would have been in MPLS as soon as the first brick was thrown. As Napoleon said when told people were rioting: Give them a whiff of grapeshot.

Actually, Gabby, I said that was how long it would take, not how long we have. But good catch on that one. All politicians, and Trump qualifies as that once he stepped into the arena, are fearful of the optics (flashbacks of 1968) and the riots were closer to the election and he was also dealing with the pandemic. I'm not making excuses, but there are reasons he did or didn't do what he did or didn't do. He didn't have a friendly DOJ, as we know, and I'm sure he was being counseled that he couldn't bring in the military and that he didn't have jurisdiction and he would run a risk of going to jail if he lost the election. You see how dirty these people play. Having said that, I'm highly critical of the people he selects for his cabinet and that shows piss poor judgement to me and continuing to do it over and over to appease who? His daughter? It's not good enough and he's doing it again now. That's unforgiveable. I can see a mistake in his first term hiring someone like Jeff Sessions because all of his RINO friends thought he was an excellent choice, but how many times does it have to backfire before you stop putting your face in front of it?

Machiavelli said there were three types of intelligence: 1. This type understands how things work instinctively and is the highest form. 2. Can come to understand the correct thing when it is explained to them, and this is also good. 3. Will never understand the right thing and is thereby useless. I hope Trump doesn't prove himself to be 3.
