Right now our government is dancing around the edges, much like a fighter in the ring, feigning jabs and looking for weakness. I do have concerns about a false flag event that will begin a kinetic response- this will be the impetus for total tyranny and mass roundup of the folks that they worry about. Sad. We already between 7 and 8 million chinese 'students' here, who were also exempt from taking Trump's death shot. I hope not, but I suspect we will be fighting for our lives within the next year or two. Keep fit, friends, it might help save your life and the lives of those you love. My husband and I are in our 70s, but we exercise regularly, and I have to say I feel no different than when I was 25. My husband still cuts, hauls back, and splits all the wood for our wood stove. And you don't have to try to be supermen from the start, my husband was seriously ill years ago when he started exercising, and all he could do to begin with was 1 of only three exercises. He works with weights now. Age is no excuse.
